Horror Channel went live on 21 Septewmber 2004 as The Horror Channel. The founder is Tony Hazell. The name was changed into Zone Horror on 17 June 2005 as Zone Vision Networks acquired the channel. Later, on 5 April 2010, the channel was rebranded into Horror Channel. The schedule mainly consists of horror movies and series. Horror Channel is available on Sky Digital channel 319, Freesat channel 138 and Virgin TV channel 149.
