Dubai One went live on 14 May 1994 as CH33. It was later, on 24 December 2004, renamed as Dubai One. The channel was also known as One TV. The station is owned and operated by Dubai Media Incorporated. The target audience are westernized Arabs. As a general entertainment station, the schedule consists of various entertainment shows, sitcoms, news, movies and series. Most part of the movies are productions of Warner Bros and Disney but it also broadcasts own productions.
