Noursat was established in 1991 as a non-commercial TV channel. It is owned and operated by the Assembly of Catholic Patriarchs and Bishops in Lebanon. Noursat online schedule is aimed at promoting and supporting the multi-cultural values of Christianity, the peace and the understanding of the moral values.  The TV channel also supports various charitable organizations.
