Telemilano went live in 1978 as Telemilanocavo on channel UHF 58. the name was changed into the present name on 30 September 1980. On 1 April 2007 Telemilano closed a partnership with Piu Blue Lombardia who owned the channel UHF 37 in order to also became available on this channel and to extent the broadcast area.
