Antena Latina began broadcasting live on 16 October 1999, as a successor of Rahintel (Radio Television HIN) which was broadcasting for more than 40 years (1959-1999). The channel is owned and run by Bonetti Communications. It is made available to the region thanks to repeaters and affiliate stations. Most of the scheduled programs are in house productions.
