Nezavisna Televizija started its live broadcast on 30 June 1996 on channel 38 UHF. The transmission covered the Kutina city and the surroundings. The channel is widely known as NeT. The station extended its broadcast to the county of Sisacko-moslavacka, Bjelovarsko-bilogorska, Zagrebacka, Koprivnicko-krizevacka and Pozesko-slavonska from the 8th of June 2001 on channel 55 UHF. Almost 50% of the broadcasts are own productions. NeT features studios in Zagreb, Sisak and Bjelovar.
