Canal 13

Canal 13 live broadcast began in 1998 as Teveandina. Teveandina was owned and run by the government company Telecom. It was the first channel in Colombia to broadcast stereo. During the financial crisis of Telecom in 2001, the channel was renamed into Canal 13 and became operated by the National Television Commission NTV. The schedule is oriented at young audience.
